MMA Blitz...what the hell is it?
The MMA Blitz is the by product of my fighting, fight training, coaching, personal/group training, and athletic career. It is hard, challenging, exhausting and fun. The class is constantly changing and workouts are NEVER duplicated. Outside of learning correct form for the fight related drills, I will always switch things up. I know most programs and professionals would say they switch up workouts for the following reasons, "I want to keep you guessing, or you get better results...etc". That's actual bullshit. What they really do is sell you on pointless exercises that simulate fighting. The vast majority of the coaches that teach or have developed these "fight classes" have limited or no real fight experience. A garden full of hanging heavy bags in a gym does not make it real fight training. It just makes it crowded. I bring you the intensity that I have personally experienced from competing. I know that you want to get in shape and you want to have fun while getting in shape. You want results and you want them as fast as possible. I also know only 2% of people on the whole planet will actually compete in a fight. Knowing this to be true, being able to experience the training and the regimen of a fighter can have life changing benefits. The MMA Blitz program is a real fight training program for everyday individuals who want the benefits of fight training through hard work. It's not choreographed, and it's not watered down. When a person is getting ready to compete they have to have multifaceted and multilayered training. This approach in return not only gives a fighter performance results but also delivers body transformation in a small window of time.
